We are happy to announce that today we have launched an important tool for our clients – natural gas self-service portal. Here are some of its main functionalities:
- Natural gas consumption monitoring – the user can track each month‘s historical monthly consumption (presented daily) both in kilowatt hours and cubit meters, as well as their consumption schedule. Also, there is an option to download the report in Excel format to your computer;
- Declaration of readings – users with non-daily metering can declare the readings of their objects directly on our self-service website;
- Report of gas consumption and applicable tariffs by objects – users, who have more than one object, can access a report where invoice amount is broken down by objects, their allocated capacities, gas consumption and other tariffs of natural gas supply services.
We are constantly working to improve our customer experience and we look forward to announcing additional updates in the future.
